This award winning farm located just outside of Guatemala City in the town of Palencia, has produced some of the prettiest coffees in the Cup of Excellence competitions in recent years. While this particular variety offered in the El Socorro has not won an award, this coffee still shows the qualities common with award winners. This bean has been one of the smoothest coffees to roast. The stoke is high around the Roastery when it comes to this bean! Expect a unique blend of sweetness in your cup.
