We decided to go with this blend of beans from Guatemala and Mexico because of its easy, simple, and smooth drinking nature. The beans are divided  by a 70%(Guatemala) and 30%(Mexico) ratio. The goal was for this to be a "coffee coffee" tasting and nothing to wild. Just a cup you can enjoy every morning with a consistent taste that will remind you of a cold, winter morning by the lake while the chilly wind smacks your face and your mustache has icicles on it. Something like that.. you get t he idea..

The perceived notes you will be tasting consist of "Chocolate, Cinnamon, and Red Apple".
